This is the personal portfolio of Tobey Collins, software development contractor. If you have a question about information you have shared, use the contact page or WhatsApp to reach me.

When you submit a project enquiry, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, project information and message. I use those details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss possible work together.
Only include information needed for the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Contact form and Formspree
The contact form uses Formspree, a third-party service that processes form submissions and delivers messages. Your submitted details therefore pass through Formspree as well as the email service used to receive the enquiry.
Formspree may also process technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to operate and protect its service. Its processing and international transfers are described in the Formspree privacy policy.
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp links open a conversation with +234 705 912 3508. If you choose to message me there, WhatsApp processes the information associated with that conversation under its own privacy policy.
Portfolio previews, GitHub links and social sharing links may take you to other websites. Their operators are responsible for how those services handle your information.
Browsing and analytics
This website does not currently install visitor analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting and form providers may process technical request information as part of delivering, maintaining and protecting their services.
Social sharing buttons open the relevant service when you choose to use them; they do not require an embedded social feed on this website.
Your colour theme
Your light, dark or blue theme preference is saved in this browser’s local storage so it stays consistent between pages and visits. It is not sent through the contact form or used for analytics.
Enquiries and follow-up
Information from an enquiry may remain in the email or messaging services used for the conversation and any related project records. If you would like to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion, please contact me so I can review and respond to your request.
Contacting me about a project does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

If the website’s tools or enquiry process change, this notice may be updated to reflect them. The date above shows when this version was last updated.
